Legal & compliance · Jamshedpur

Legal work with the price on the label.

Registrations, filings, trademarks and litigation — handled by advocates, ordered like software. You see the fee before you commit, the documents we need, and where your matter stands, at any hour.

81
services you can order outright
65
of them with the fee published
7
practice areas, litigation included

Nothing is payable when you order. We call you first, agree what your facts actually need, and only then ask for documents and the first stage of the fee.

03 / How it works

Four steps. The first two cost nothing.

Not sure which service you need? Describe the problem and we will point you at the right one — or tell you that you do not need us.

Ask us first
  1. 01

    Order it

Create an account and tell us what you need. No payment, no documents, no obligation.

  2. 02

    We call you

Usually the same working day. The right document list depends on your facts, and we cannot know them until we ask.

  3. 03

Upload and pay the first stage

You get the exact list and the fee, stage by stage. Both happen in your account.

  4. 04

    We do the work

Status, next date and every filed copy stay in your account for as long as you need them.

04 / Your account

Every matter in one place, not in your inbox.

Order, see exactly what we need from you, send each document once, and follow the work as it moves. No chasing anybody for a status, no wondering which attachment was the final version.

01

Order in a minute

Pick a service and tell us what you need. Nothing to pay and nothing to upload — we call you first.

02

Send each document once

We ask for exactly what your situation needs. Anything already on your file is never asked for twice.

03

Pay in stages

You see the whole cost when the work is set up, and pay each stage as it falls due. GST invoice every time.

04

Know where it stands

Status, next date and every paper we have shared, visible whenever you want to look.

06 / In their words

What clients say afterwards.

“What I valued most was being told plainly what my position was, including the parts that were not in my favour. I knew where I stood at every stage.”

R. K.

Proprietor, Commercial dispute

01
“The fee estimate came in writing before any work started, and the final bill matched it. After previous experiences elsewhere, that mattered a great deal.”

S. M.

Director, Contract review

02
“Having every document in one portal instead of scattered across WhatsApp made the whole process far less stressful. I could find what I needed without calling the office.”

A. P.

Individual client, Property matter

03
“They told me early that a negotiated settlement would serve me better than a long case. It was not the advice I expected, and it was the right advice.”

N. B.

Individual client, Family matter

04
“Our GST and ROC deadlines used to be a scramble every quarter. Now we get a reminder ahead of each one and the filing is simply handled.”

V. T.

Partner, Business compliance

05
“The same advocate handled my matter from the first meeting through to the final hearing. I never had to explain my case to someone new.”

D. S.

Individual client, Civil matter

Before you ask.

If yours is not here, ask it directly — we would rather answer than have you guess.

Nine areas: corporate and commercial law, business registration and compliance, taxation and GST advisory, civil litigation and arbitration, criminal defence, family and matrimonial law, property and real estate, intellectual property, and labour and employment law. Each has its own page setting out what the work involves.

Yes. Criminal defence, family and matrimonial matters, property disputes, and succession work are largely individual clients. Corporate, compliance, employment, and intellectual property work is largely for businesses. Many clients come to us for one and stay for the other.

The chamber is based in Jamshedpur. We appear before the Jharkhand High Court, district and sessions courts across the state, family courts, consumer forums, labour courts, and tribunals including the NCLT, RERA authority, and GST appellate authority.

For advisory, drafting, and compliance work, location makes little difference and we act for clients anywhere in India. For litigation, it depends on the forum — tell us where the matter is filed and we will say plainly whether we can appear ourselves or would arrange local counsel.

Send a consultation request through the contact form, call the chamber, or message us on WhatsApp. Give us a short outline of the matter so the right person reviews it before you come in.

Whatever documents you already have — agreements, notices, FIR copies, summons, property papers, correspondence. Even an incomplete set helps. If you are unsure what is relevant, bring it anyway and we will sort through it.

Yes. Anything you tell us in a consultation is confidential, whether or not you go on to engage the firm. That applies from the first conversation, not from the moment you sign anything.

You get a clear view of your position and the realistic options, and a written note of the proposed scope and fee estimate if you want to proceed. There is no obligation to engage us after a consultation.
